Millen Divorce Case Session Closes After Forty Minutes

Yesterday afternoon a short session of about forty minutes concluded the Millen divorce case. Attorney Nason, counsel for the libellant, argued to rebut the charges and asserted the libellee deceived her husband for ten years, using his trust to reconcile after each escalation. An unknown man was killed at the Grove street crossing by the Lawrence branch train due in Salem at 8 o'clock this evening. He appeared to be a working man about thirty years old, five feet nine inches tall, dressed in dark clothing.
