Ernest H. Dugan son of Captain Joseph Dugan of the Bureau of Criminal Investigation was found on the outward express tracks near Boylston Street station of the New Haven railroad at 5 30 yesterday morning with nearly every bone broken.
Police believe Ernest H. Dugan 39 encountered the wrong South terminal train late Saturday and jumped off near Boylston Street station in Jamaica Plain. Jeremiah Dwyer of Roxbury found the body. Dr. William G. MacDonald ruled accidental death by train strike as tributes poured in for Captain Dugan whose wife died last year.
Forecast shows Monday increasing cloudiness with showers and fresh south to southwest winds. Tuesday unsettled with possible showers and cooler evenings and nights. Washington reports rain in New England and eastern New York on Monday into Tuesday with colder Tuesday and fresh variable winds.

A seven-member party returning from a yachting trip near City Point capsized in a light tender. Albert Correa, 16, of Somerville, drowned after the craft began filling with water. The others, all from South Boston and nearby towns, were rescued by two campers who found two boys and assisted the rest.
