Two Manslaughter Trials in Municipal Court

Yesterday in municipal court Bridge Hennessey faced a manslaughter charge for allegedly causing Honora O'Brien’s death by knocking her down stairs. John Fullerton, the heroic driver, was discharged after no evidence was presented regarding the Sudbury street collision with James Dearley. Mrs. Hennessey is held in twelve thousand one dollars until October 6.

Local Court Hears Larceny And Indecent Exposure Charges

In municipal court Hall Williams faced larceny charges for a sleigh two harnesses and a pung from George H. Barrett and was held for trial October 8 in $400. Charles F. Whidden waived examination on indecent exposure and was held $300 for upper court appearance. Thomas Childs faced keeping a pool room at 8 Montgomery Place and was held $600 for upper court trial. George W. Dorr charged with embezzling $35.50 from Joseph O. Gorman. Mary Shach and Annie Lamot, kept houses of ill fame, were fined $100 and costs.
