Police from Lagrange Street station raided room 805 at 611 Washington Street near Boylston yesterday afternoon. They seized punchboards and jewelry prizes valued at 7000 dollars. Elsie Marlowe 23 of 26 Westland Avenue Back Bay was arrested for presence at gaming. Leon Robbins 22 and Irving Smilowe 21 of 829 Beacon Street were arrested for promoting a lottery. Stolen Goods Recovered After Thanksgiving Arrest

James Lewis was arrested on Thanksgiving Day while stealing a suitcase of clothing from a car in Boston. Police recovered over $1000 in stolen items, with additional goods found at a Cambridge house and a suitcase stolen from the Copley Plaza hotel last Oct. 25.
