Warships in Canal Arrive at Bitter Lakes in Suez Passage

Two Russian battleships, three cruisers, seven torpedo boat destroyers and nine transports from Port Said arrived safely at the Bitter Lakes in the canal and anchored for the night. Destroyers moved on to Suez and transports were to follow at 2 am, with guns manned during passage and the cruisers and battleships to depart at daylight.
