Paris and London dispatches say the freedom of the seas and German indemnities are top topics at the peace conference. Wilson’s sea rights stance is debated as allies seek to preserve British sea power while supporting neutral shipping protections.

Keys eluded capture reaching Boston as the chase ended.

The Post reports Santa Claus is back on the job arriving in town last night. He will open his headquarters in the Post building at 265 Washington street and his workshop will open in a few days at the big store at 163 Washington street near Adams square. Continued on Page 10-Fourth Col.
