Fourteenth Annual Meeting of the West End Union Club

The fourteenth annual meeting of the West End Union Club was held at President A. P. Moore’s home on Rockland Avenue Monday evening November 17 at 8 o’clock. All members attended except the secretary and military members. Music by the two R s energized the crowd. Alderman Russell served as director. At 10 30 the club was called to order, W D Hawley elected secretary to fill vacancy. Officers elected: President Allan J. Chase Vice President Mrs A P Moore Secretary Henry E Turner Jr Treasurer Dudley D Hall Music Committee J Martin Russell The season 1884 85 opened promising with strong membership and social aims, the club becoming a city institution fostering West End social life.
