Cuban Forces vs Lopez Amor Column Fight at Zazas River

Havana reports that on Wednesday General Lopez Amor and Colonel Arminan’s column met 2000 Cubans led by Serafina Sanchez. After a two hour engagement Cuban positions were crossed and forces encamped, with sixty Cuban dead reported and Spanish losses including one lieutenant killed. Arrival of Prince Louis of Savoy in Boston Crowd Greet Royal Sailor

Louis of Savoy, Prince of Savoy and Duke of Abruzzi, aged 22, arrived in Boston aboard the cruiser Cristoforo Colombo. He serves as first lieutenant, third in command on deck, while off duty he is treated as Prince Louis of Savoy.
