Findlay Ohio November 14 The grand jury indicted John D Rockefeller and three others in the Standard Oil probe reopened after a adjourned session. They face charges of continuing oil production contracts and price fixing after July 7 1906 under the Valentine anti trust act with a probate court fine previously imposed.
Deputy A S Johns of Hirncock county disclosed three more names indicted at Windlay along with John D. Rockeller. He holds warrants for M G Vilas Standard Oil Ohio treasurer J M Robertson secretary and H P McIntosh director. Arrests on sight ordered.
