Dover November reports Kelley the murderer of Joseph A. Stickney, cashier of the Great Falls National Bank, admitting guilt but defense contends insanity. The defense outlines Kelley’s troubled youth, fanciful schemes, and ungovernable impulses while prosecutors rest.
In Queens county Supreme Court the case of Augusta Nack and Martin Thorn intensified as Nack unexpectedly testified against Thorn over the murder of William Guldensuppe.
