Four jurors were selected in Geneseo New York to decide whether Henry Siegel bankrupt merchant and banker committed a criminal act in his New York business. Girl Fakes Death During Saugus Assault

Miss Mary Bagley a 19 year old from Saugus was attacked near Woodbury avenue and Hester street by a man who struck her with brass knuckles. She fell and pretended to be dead to deter him, causing the assailant to flee before police could locate him.
