Morrill wins damages against Farwell Mills in 1250 verdict

In Avotsta Maine on November 4 the case of Charles F. Morrill of Hallowell against Farwell Mills Lisbon for injuries on May 20 was tried in the Supreme Judicial Court. After fifteen hours deliberation the jury awarded Morrill 1250 dollars for damages due to an alleged improper picker and lack of warning or instruction.
