Death by Own Action Ends Beverly Milk Dealer's Life

Lowells Lamson Fined For Adulterated Milk Sale

In Lowell Superior Court yesterday William S. Lamson paid a $50 fine plus costs for selling adulterated milk. Cambridge residents Joseph King and Mary Carpenter faced adultery charges. King pleaded guilty and received eight months, Carpenter guilty and eight twelve months in the house of correction. Lawrence Leonard of Lowell stands trial for setting fire to a wood pile near the Chelmsford line owned by Fred W. Jenniss. The court will adjourn Friday to Cambridge to complete remaining term cases.
