New Airship Given a Test in Paris

Paris November 3 A steerable balloon built by the Lebaudy brothers and engineer Julliet passed a first test at Moisson near Bonnieres. The craft rose about 20 yards with two in the car, resisted a stiff breeze, and completed half an hour of circuits. Julliet said the test was satisfactory. the craft measures 641/2 yards long, 12 yards in diameter, car 612 yards long, holds three, powered by a 40 horsepower motor.

Boy Charged With Trying to Wreck a Train

Clinton November 3 Domenico Partricci 13 will be arraigned in district court tomorrow on a charge of attempting to wreck a Wachusett dam rail line car. Trainmen had earlier booted him for riding the cars and he allegedly placed a rail across the track in revenge but the obstruction was spotted in time.

New Witness for Molineux in Murder Trial

New York, Nov 3. Roland B Molineux gains a new witness in his second murder trial for Mrs Katharine Adams death. The witness is a Brooklyn police wife and mother, who claims she saw another man mail the poison package and can identify him in court. Defense counsel say they will let the jury hear her story and later prove the true package sender, with two more witnesses expected to testify after a brief delay.

Jack the Slugger to Be Arrested Today
