Warren T. Fish and Arthur Cole were bound over in $1000 each for the grand jury in Roxbury District Court yesterday. On a charge of making a counterfeit bill of sale Sept. 10, Fish was ordered to furnish sureties of $100 in each case for obtaining by false pretences $3 from Mar on Trundy Aug. 22 and $30 from Jenny W. Hubbard Sept. 11.
