St Luke Church Dedicated in Westboro
The new Roman Catholic Church of St Luke at Main and Ruggles streets Westboro was dedicated this morning by Father Thomas Griffin representing Bishop O'Reilly. Ground broken in 1888, the church seats a large congregation and features romanesque architecture with frescoes and stained glass windows. The building cost about $30,000 with $20,000 paid.
