On December 22 1899 Oscar F E Bore of 694 Washington street reported a suit valued at 15 dollars stolen. Last Wednesday Allen Fox expressmen lost a suit of equal value from an express wagon. Passquale Zarrell 27 of Lawrence Massachusetts was arrested by Inspector Wolf and Patrolman Whalen for the December larceny. John Sullivan 26 of 10 Adger street and Stephen O Mellin 28 Miller ville I were also caught and charged with the Wednesday theft.
