Noonan, 20, from Chelsea, fractured skull, died or remains in grave danger at City Hospital Relief Station after Dixon’s uppercut. Dixon held at Station 9. two club officers bail released. Two Men Rescued From Drowning Off Beachmont
Henry Hawes of Beachmont found two men clinging to an overturned dory about six o clock yesterday afternoon two miles out at sea. Dr J H Strong of East Boston commodore of the Revere Yacht Club and Bernard W Isfort rushed to aid with a launch. They brought the exhausted pair back to the club house where one man Otis Fletcher of Winthrop aided the other, and both were treated for chill but appeared likely to recover.

A Lynn & Boston line trolley near City Square Charlestown exploded after a controller mishap. About a dozen riders mainly women were injured, some severely, as the car flashed and caught fire.
