Memorial Day fund to decorate graves in France for New England soldiers
The Post announces oversubscription of the Memorial Day fund to buy wreaths for Yankee Division graves in France. Extra funds go to Paris for decoration of other American graves. Colonel Drake says all graves will receive equal honors with a small flag on each. Local groups and individuals contribute, listing donors and memorial messages from mothers and friends across New England.
