Man named Erwin, aka Harry C Diamond, faces charges in Lynn court

A young man, Erwin as Harry C Diamond, was fined $25 in Lynn for obtaining money under false pretenses and jailed for safekeeping. Judge Bell Badly Injured In Park Accident

Judge A Bell of the Superior Court was found unconscious with a concussion and scalp wounds after a fall from a bicycle in Franklin Park. He was taken by ambulance to City Hospital and listed in semi conscious condition. he is from Lawrence and may recover.
