Plummer Found Dead Amid Prohibition Liquor Run
The body of Andrew J. Plummer was found in his Saccarappa yard in Portland Maine. He had been dead for hours and an accidental death is suspected. A coroner's jury investigates. Plummer drove two men, Cummings and Tapley, from Saccarappa to Portland where all three liquor was consumed. The men took a night train to Freeport while Plummer headed home, seen later slumped over the dasher.
