Potter's will leaves the bulk of his about 12000 dollar estate to the South Congregational Church of St Johnsbury, Ia, a fact revealed at his funeral. Rich, who says they were about to marry, is represented by a lawyer in Boston as relatives seek the full affairs of the deacon's estate.
Miss Ethel M. Gallop of 47 Ash street New Bedford tracked a pocket picker on the Boylston street subway. James F. Freeland 27 of 3 Way place Roxbury was arrested after a pursuit by Special Officer James F. Cannon and Patrolman Delaney. The case concluded with Freeland charged with pocket picking.
Thomas Carrol, 60, of Warren Street Randolph was struck and killed yesterday morning by an electric crane at the Plaintree Reclamation Plant of the New Haven Railroad.

Federal Judge Mayer ordered a change to the 1914 decree dissolving the New York New Haven Hartford rail line. The New Haven will gain five directors on the Boston and Maine board. Directors to be elected Tuesday in Boston or Portland Maine.
