Auction Sale Notice of Ground Bone and Pear Trees

Friday at 10 o'clock and 1 o'clock and this day at 10 o'clock auctions of pure ground bone in 200 lb lots. French imported pear trees from LeRoy's Nurseries Angiers France in 20 cases about 109 varieties to be sold in lots. Also a fine lot of young garden boxes and herbs. Boots shoes and brogans 500 cases offered at office auctions.

United States Marshal's Sale in Massachusetts District

Pursuant to warrants of sale from the U S district court in Massachusetts Boston May 26 1866 the marshal lists items to be sold at public auction on Saturday May 17 at noon at N A Thompsons office including Havana cigars muskets rifles knapsacks wagon covers medical books bank stocks railroad shares and a large dry goods assortment with prices and entities such as Rhode Island 6s city of Boston 6s and Cambridge 1893 bonds referenced. The notice also mentions additional stock listings and merchandise to be auctioned at Merchants Exchange Reading Room and at the office by catalogue with woolens prints cotton goods and related items.

The State Senate refused a third reading on a bill to equalize soldiers bounties while passages on public health offences and seven percent interest contracts moved forward.
