Detective Paul Arrested For Stearns Larceny Case

Detective William Paul of 22 Trigges street Cambridge was arrested after an undercover stakeout at R H Stearns and Co. He allegedly stole stamps and small sums from clerks in the business department over weeks. Inspectors Knox and Douglass witnessed him take a bundle of stamps worth about 500 items, and he faces larceny charges. Paul, 29, joined the store as a boy.
