Whitaker Acquitted in Offense Death Case

In Providence on May 6 the jury found Ernest Whitaker not guilty of causing Eugenia Reynolds death by administering an offense. The verdict was delivered this afternoon in the court.

Will and the Property A 19th Century Will

John Stetson drew up his last will April 15 with friend Charles H. Pattee preparing the document. It was signed by Dr Gilley C O Thompson Fred Counter and an unnamed veterinary surgeon and kept by Pattee who soon fell ill. The record notes this as the second marriage for both spouses.
