In the March 29 session Chief Justice Field Auten Holmes Larurer and BARKER Jr. delivered rescripts. George W. Chipman et al. vs Manufacturers National Bank holds the assignees cannot compel the bank to proceed with suits begun in Maine and New York. Richardson vs City of Boston concerns a $600 damages award for a sidewalk injury. the court overruled exceptions, affirming the trial findings on the archway entrance case and rejecting the call for additional fencing or rails.
