Ratification Frustrated by Injunctions on Rail Consolidation

A meeting to ratify the Lake Erie and Western and Lake Erie and Mississippi consolidation was blocked by an injunction at the instance of New York and German holders of 275000 dollars in LafayetteBloomington and Muncie road income bonds.
