Mass flood relief drive raised funds in Massachusetts

Governor Foss led an emergency appeal urging Massachusetts residents to aid Ohio and Indiana flood victims. Boston officials and 10 directors of the State Red Cross signed the appeal, with $19,400 already sent to the national headquarters.
