Other notices include Charles Baldwin Co confessing for $20490 and Weymouth shoe maker George Reed & Son insolvent with liabilities about $1868.40. Herman Lebewohl assigns with liabilities near $2250. Gridley Bros Boston selling chairs at 20 cents on the dollar.
Judge Depue of New Jersey on Saturday entered a $60 000 judgment against the Jersey Central railroad for back taxes. It is understood the company will pay immediately.
