Interstate Trade Bill Proposed Create Three Members Commission

The bill would transfer powers from the Bureau of Corporations to a new three member commission with presidential appointees, each earning $10 000 annually. It limits party representation, sets six year terms, and allows the commission to choose its own chairman. It defines corporations broadly and requires annual reports, with penalties for false entries.
