New Hampshire Election Shows Hubbard Set For Reelection

Early returns from 64 towns indicate a substantial shift against Hubbard compared with last year. The latest tally shows Hubbard at 8 734, Colby 5 504, White 2 678, with all others 1 288 and a 636 majority against Hubbard, suggesting an overall lead near 2 000 votes as more results come in. The storm reduced Hubbard support while opponents voted strongly, tempering but not reversing the Democratic edge.

Chelsea legislator Isley deemed unseated by house ruling

The Chelsea citizen Isley who seated himself in the legislature without authority is ruled not legally elected and not entitled to a seat.
