Mercer Motors Company Leadership Consolidates Major Auto Assets
In 1919 Mercer Motors Company acquired Mercer Automobile property and in 1920 absorbed Simplex Automobile Company makers of Simplex and Crane Simplex cars. Hare's Motors now directs these properties to increase output and diversify products while avoiding waste of plant space and effort. F R Hickman serves as secretary and treasurer formerly of Locomobile Company.
