Paris March 10 The supreme war council adopted the military terms of German disarmament. Germany would have an army of 100,000 men enlisted for 12 years. Economic and financial commissions with special interests will be designated by the great powers. The council also fixed the definite military status of Germany after approving the military experts' report.
Symphony Hall will host a debate on the League of Nations covenant at eight o'clock Wednesday night, March 19. Governor will preside as United States Senator Henry Cabot Lodge faces Harvard President A Lawrence Lowell. admission by ticket.
