Eddy suit expands to add Woodbury witnesses and trustees

After a conference in Boston the Eddy suit adds new named parties to be served today including Mrs. Josephine C. S. Woodbury of Boston and other Woodbury relatives. Additional defendants include Mrs. Mary E. Chamberlain of Spokane and Curtis Woodbury. Proceedings follow earlier Concord service as Christian Science figures face the case.

Chandler in conference over church bond removal case

She says they wed as a girl, had a child, and he disappeared two years ago. She traced him across the East, learned he was in Boston, and secured a warrant leading to his arrest. He pleaded mistaken identity and posted bail.

Roxbury City Hall Official Arrested for Assault

Richard Hogan assessor at City Hall was arrested at 113 St Alphonsus street on a charge of assault with a loaded revolver. He is a member of the Hickory Club and a strong supporter of Mayor Fitzgerald in Roxbury. Patrolmen McCarthy and Lyons made the arrest. bail had not yet been secured.
