On Thursday March 7 the Senate ordered the secretary to forward the report on the Mexican war to all U S senators and representatives with publication in the laws and resolves. Petitions from Waldham and Walpole were referenced regarding payments to military units and local authorities. Leave to withdraw was reported on Ingalls petitions, a resolve on Bugbee’s petition, and bills to incorporate the Railroad Wharf Company Edgeworth Co and a name change for the Rehoboth church. The Shaw Manufacturing Company bill was reported and adjournment followed.
