A youth named Bibber, while shooting sea fowl off Harpswell, was fatally harmed by a premature discharge. Lewiston and Auburn shoe shipments last week totaled 2,214 cases, down from 2,619 the prior week. A broken rail wrecked the saloon car on the Brunswick to Lewiston noon freight, burning the car between Brunswick and Lisbon Falls.
