A morning blaze in Woonsocket Rhode Island wiped out the Woon socket Spool and Bobbin company works and the A D Clark Shuttle works along with buildings stock and machinery for about 17000 dollars. Buildings owned by Harris Woollen company suffered about 4000 dollars in loss with no insurance. Spool and bobbin insured for 6700 dollars. No other major insured amounts noted. In addition New England fires in Boston and vicinity included a featherbed fire at 32 Oxford street with 10 dollars damage and a dwelling wall fire at 12 Dwight street causing 1000 dollars damage origin unknown.
