Five Wagon Loads of Spanish Wounded Reported
General Wheeler at the front reports from Juragua that five wagon loads of Spanish wounded were brought into Santiago after the Sevilla fight. Two black boys say food is scarce in Santiago as soldiers have seized all food in shops. Several Spanish generals took part in the clash at Sevilla and more wounded were moved by horse to Santiago.
