Montgomery and Howard plan next Thursday launch of the City of Brockton from 31 Marginal Street Chelsea for Old Colony Steamship Co. Construction uses Maryland white oak and Georgia pine, with over 100 tons of iron and 800000 feet of timber. Estimated cost about $225000.
