Sanity questioned as Dr Homer faces trial delay
Dr Joseph Homer recently granted a new trial faces a sanity hearing in the Superior Criminal Court for the Robbery of Mrs Madge Wilbur at the Hotel Touraine. Two doctors report he is a fit subject for care or observation while he attempts to conduct his own defense and seek tooth treatment before July 6 hearing.
