Fought Three Days at Tien Tsin in Allied Siege

Stormy class day at Fair Harvard spoils gowns

Nantasket Sizzled by Worst Summer Storm in a Decade

A violent June 22 Nantasket storm struck with two hours of heavy rain and a fierce gale. Pea sized hail battered streets and hotel piers, with waves of wind tearing furniture loose and risking injuries. Telegraph and trolley lines were knocked out, and a main overhead wire was severed by lightning at Hingham station. No serious injuries reported yet as crews assess damage.
