Candia Inquiry Asked in Commons on Cruelties Alleged
In London and Dublin reports dated June 20-20, the House of Commons was asked about alleged cruelties by Omar Pasha in Candia. Lord Stanley said no official advice supports the claims and public print reports are all that is known.
