Herbert M Wolfe a colored waiter at Hotel Brunswick killed Frederick Moore a colored waiter at the same hotel yesterday afternoon at 62 Ruggles street He then went to Station 9 and asked to be arrested Moore died within minutes from a left breast wound The motive jealousy Wolfe’s wife was in Moore’s room when the shooting Moore 27 lived with Mrs Thompson on the third floor Wolfe 25 lived with his wife and two children at 66 Sterling Street The two men had been on good terms and had worked together for years The event occurred at 2 50 pm and Wolfe fired four shots only one took effect The story continues on Page 5 First Column.
