Mrs Ellan S Obinyoun and two daughters Irene 10 Eleanor 11 years old, and Louise Wight of Cambridge were treated at Metropolitan Park police station and sent home.
Secretary of War Weeks will visit Boston today for a tour of the new army headquarters at South Boston and attend a banquet for Congressman Lufkin at the Hotel Somerset. William J. Leonard, 33, of 467 Main Street Charles Town, fell from a car on the Thunder Bolt Roller Coaster at Revere Beach last night and fractured his skull. He was taken to Massachusetts General Hospital on the danger list. The ride, claimed as the resort’s largest, opened last night. the accident occurred about 10 o’clock and it is unclear whether he fell from the upper or lower track.
Witnesses in the Superior Criminal Court at Dedham testified that an automatic and a 38 calibre revolver, both loaded, were found on Nicola Sacco and Bartolomeo Vanzetti when arrested for the Slater Morrill Shoe Company payroll murder. Vanzetti shouted at Patrolman Connolly as the officer testified the gun was near his hip pocket.
General Charles K. Darling of Concord longtime Massachusetts politician and former militia leader suffered a serious nervous breakdown over a month ago and is confined to a sanitarium. Visitors are not allowed and messages cannot be sent to him.

Three men indicted for operating as Earnest E. Smith & Co in Boston as investment security brokers. They were suspended from the Boston and New York exchanges after a January collapse. District Attorney Donnell alleges Jeremiah J. Quirk of Peabody gave $10,000 in free checks for stock purchases on margin. The firm allegedly insolvent when funds came in and Quirk's account was moved to another firm the day before closing.

Denver June 17. The American Federation of Labor convention defeated efforts to unseat all male delegates who did not wear a union label on all wearing apparel. The vote ran overwhelmingly against the proposal marking a contentious session at the annual gathering.
The debate on the proposal grew long and stormy as the label committee members argued the resolution could not be enforced since the federation is a voluntary organization. Delegates of the tailors' union supported the motion with caution.
