In New York on June 16 Mrs Rebecca Senoz was reportedly prepared for burial when, an hour later, she sat up in her coffin. She had suffered a paralytic stroke and was pronounced dead at 6 pm. Ice and candles were seen as neighbors gathered. She asked for a drink and doctors later said she would recover.
