Navy Department moves to new building and unfinished state plans

Navy Department will relocate to a completed building opposite the Treasury on Pennsylvania avenue and Fifteenth street. The south end of the project is nearly ready for the State Department. The overall edifice appears imposing as completion lags. The Hinds trial in postal corruption proceeds, promising racy testimony. Contracts awarded include twelve cents per label case to Gaylord Manufacturing Company of Chicago for four-year supply.
