Secretary Cosby estimates 15 000 to 20 000 people will form the Fifth Avenue parade line after noon on Saturday for Theodore Roosevelt's return. R A C Smith says harbor display includes a little over 100 boats, many private yachts not listed by the committee.

Miss Ruth Winsor daughter of Alfred Winsor of Walnut Street Brookline narrowly escaped serious injuries yesterday when her car collided on Walnut Street near Morse Avenue with a touring car driven by Robert J Summers of Beacon Street Brookline Both drivers kept control and avoided a worse accident Summers car suffered steering gear damage and a headlight loss while the Winsor vehicle lost a mud guard and its rear shoes and a smashed running board. Miss Winsor is to be married June 25.
