Equitable Life faces peril over Boston building profits
Gage E Tarbell of the Equitable accuses the Hyde family of siphoning profits from a Boston real estate asset in St Louis valued at about 1 million dollars. He cites a 150 year lease and costly stock buyout as factors in risking the society amid a drop in May new business and ongoing legal strain. A separate event marks a patriotic observance aboard the frigate Constitution at Charlestown with Everett groups and veterans paying tribute to national history.
