In Concord New Hampshire July 27 Lt Colonel Charles W F Scott who passed two bad checks on Bob Fogg is missing. A borrowed automobile and chauffeur returned to Lebanon after Scott left the chauffeur on Boylston Street Boston saying he would return in ten minutes. The driver waited three hours before driving home.
