By laws and appointments at stockholders meeting
The meeting directed the clerk to send notices of every stockholders meeting at least five days prior. A committee of Freeman, Wales and Billings was named to inspect treasurer accounts. A. Bassett authorized free passes for stockholders to Taunton Branch Road to attend meetings. Directors were elected with several names listed, including Crocker and Emmons. Military appointments followed.
